
Veg Hakka Noodles

Street style Vegetable Hakka Noodles are easy to make !!
Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 3
INGREDIENTS
Veg Ching’s Hakka Noodles – 200 gms
Sesame oil - 2 Tbsp.
Few sliced Garlic
Green Chili - 1 no
Onion - 1 no. (thinly sliced)
Carrot (thinly sliced)
Green beans (sliced)
Cabbage (shredded)
Red, Green & Yellow bell peppers (thinly sliced)
Spring Onion whites
Salt as needed
Pepper - 1 Tsp.
Soy sauce - 2 Tsp.
Chili sauce - 3 Tsp.
Cooked Noodles

STEPS
For the noodles to cook – take a pan, add enough water, add some salt as required and now add Hakka noodles.
Once its 90% cooked take it off the flame and strain it, add some oil so that it won't stick to each other.
Take a pan, add 2 TBSP of sesame oil, some finely chopped garlic, green chili, thinly sliced onion.
Sauté for a few minutes. Now add the vegetables (carrots, green beans and cabbage). Sauté them for about two minutes.
Now, add the thinly cut up bell peppers and mix well.
Add the spring onion whites and give it a quick stir. add salt, pepper, soya sauce & chili sauce. Mix all these together so that the vegetables are evenly seasoned.
Finally, add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix them well until all the spices, vegetables and noodles blend together well.
Garnish with some chopped spring onion greens. Your Vegetable Noodles are now ready to be served!
