Puffy Egg Noodles Roll


Egg Paniyaram is High protein and some extra spice to kick start your Breakfast in a healthy way. The Paniyaram Is usually made in a Paniyaram pan by using less of oil and shallow frying till it becomes crispy from outside, soft inside it goes well with Coconut Chutney

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes

Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS


Egg roll

  • 4 Eggs

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • Salt as needed

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • Sliced spring onions

Stuffing

  • Noodles (Maggi/HAKKA)



STEPS


Egg Roll

  1. Place eggs and milk in a blender.

  2. Add the salt, chilli flakes dried basil and pepper blend it until smooth.

  3. Pour into a greased tawa preheated with oil

  4. Cook for 5 to 7 min on medium heat

  5. flip it gently, cook for another 3-5 min

  6. Place it on plate

Stuffing

  1. I stuffed the Hakka Noodles (click for recipe)

  2. Now, spread the prepared noodles (maggi/hakka) and roll it tight and gently (Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist and roll it evenly)

  3. Cut into pieces.

  4. Sprinkle the chopped spring onions

Serve your dish with ketchup or with salad " Kids will love it !!
