Eggless Banana Walnut Wheat Loaf Cake

Preparation Time: 70 Minutes

Serves: 10 slice

INGREDIENTS


  • Bananas – 2 over ripped

  • Butter/Olive Oil- 1/4thCup Melted

  • Brown Sugar– 1/2 cup

  • Curd – ¼ cup

  • Whole Wheat flour (Atta) – 1 cup

  • Salt – 1/4th tsp

  • Baking powder – ½ tsp

  • Baking soda – ½ tsp

  • Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp

  • Walnut – 1/3 cup

  • Raisins (optional)- 3 tbsp

  • Butter – for greasing



STEPS

  1. First peel and mash the Bananas. Now add all the remaining wet ingredients and blend well.

  2. Next sieve in the dry ingredients, and gently combine the ingredients. Do not over mix.

  3. Once the batter is ready grease a baking tin and pour the cake batter, and top with walnuts.


  1. Preheat Oven (180 degree) / Kadhai for 10 mins.

  2. Bake for 55- 60 mins or till done.

  3. Remove from the oven and let the bread cool for 10 minutes, t

  4. then transfer to cool on a wire rack for another 20 minutes or so
