
Eggless Banana Walnut Wheat Loaf Cake

Serves: 10 slice
INGREDIENTS
Bananas – 2 over ripped
Butter/Olive Oil- 1/4thCup Melted
Brown Sugar– 1/2 cup
Curd – ¼ cup
Whole Wheat flour (Atta) – 1 cup
Salt – 1/4th tsp
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
Walnut – 1/3 cup
Raisins (optional)- 3 tbsp
Butter – for greasing

STEPS
First peel and mash the Bananas. Now add all the remaining wet ingredients and blend well.
Next sieve in the dry ingredients, and gently combine the ingredients. Do not over mix.
Once the batter is ready grease a baking tin and pour the cake batter, and top with walnuts.
Preheat Oven (180 degree) / Kadhai for 10 mins.
Bake for 55- 60 mins or till done.
Remove from the oven and let the bread cool for 10 minutes, t
then transfer to cool on a wire rack for another 20 minutes or so
